Looking for a soloist? Why not take two? Two violins are ideal for smaller venues and small weddings... or if you need that something special for a romantic dinner or birthday party!

Duo Suzil plays delightful classical hits. Most of our repertoire consists of duos by Mazas, or pieces by Pleyel, Haydn and Mozart which are light and enjoyable background music. More well known classics complete the set of about 2-3 hours:

For weddings we can do the Wedding March(es) and accompany hymns. Various pieces that are mentioned above can be used during the ceremony i.e. when the rings are exchanged, the register is signed or as recessional music. Other songs include You raise me up or The Prayer sung by Josh Groban.
Special requests: Please mention any special requests in your enquiry and we will do our best to play it for you at your event. Should it not be possible musically, we offer our help to find something that will work. Please communicate special requests to us no later than two weeks before the event.
Booking Info
Standard rate: R700* per hour. *Travel fee to be added to cover petrol expenses. No deposit required, but cash on the day or the amount in full paid into our account a week before the event is required. You will receive a formal quote before we confirm the booking.
Our instruments will always be our first concern. In the case of the event being outdoors, we need shade and adequate shelter. Please arrange for two chairs (without armrests) should we be required to play for longer than an hour.
Our usual dress code is all black for the evening and black and white for during the day. Let us know the colours or theme of your party or wedding - we'd love to add something extra!
